Rodrigo Torres Candé, the company’s founder and current CEO, is a well-known figure in the architectural industry. Rodrigo holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Mexico’s prestigious Anahuac University and has demonstrated exceptional expertise and leadership since 1995, successfully undertaking a diverse portfolio of projects across Mexico including private ventures, public initiatives, and master plan developments.

2018 : LAI

Served as the President of the Sonora and Baja Chapter of LAI.

2018: LANDPRO

Incorporated a new developer, Landpro, for the Vertical Project of Upper Monaco Apartments.

2014: LATIN CORNER

Conceptualized and developed the Master Plan Latin Corner in Phoenix, AZ, a mixed and commercial development in collaboration with Raintree Design Group and ARTC for The Peorian project, an urban district of mixed-use and entertainment in the sports area of the sailors team in Peoria, AZ.

2011: THE INN ARIZONA

Founded La Posada de Arizona, a charity focused on rehabilitating young women who have experienced addiction and violence.

2010: PUNTA BRAVA

Served as an ambassador for the Punta Brava development ``The premiere of the Americas`` in Ensenada, Mexico.

2008: AIA

Acquired the credential of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

2007: ARTC+RTDG

Partnership with Raintree Design Group and ARTC LLC in Scottsdale, AZ.

2004: PUBLIC PROJECTS

Worked on public projects such as the Dolphinarium in Guaymas, Sonora, and Casa Hogar UNACARI.

2003: TU CASA NUEVA: EDITORIAL FERRATO

Founded and created Editorial Ferrato, which gave life to the magazine ``Tu Casa Nueva.`` Also served as a co-founder, board member, advisor, and manager of TORREGA LLC, with a portfolio of over 450 commercialized houses.

2003: DAPP

Co-founded DAPP S.C., a Mexican Project Management company following PMI Standards.

2002: GROUP D'UNO

Creación de Grupo D UNO S.A., constructora y desarrolladora en Hermosillo, Son.

1998: ARTC

Founded the firm ARTC S.A. in Hermosillo, Sonora.

1996: Teodoro González de León

Worked as a collaborator in the office of Teodoro González de León Arquitectos.

1995: UNIVERSIDAD ANÁHUAC NORTE

Received a degree in Architecture from Universidad Anáhuac México.

1993: ARTIGAS OFFICE

Started as a collaborator in the office of Francisco Artigas Arquitectos in Mexico City.
